Micaela Damiano

Since joining Leadership, Micaela has done everything possible to put the people she works with on the right path to success. She is a massive ambassador of ALKU’s culture and brings positivity to everyone she interacts with. She is always willing to go out of her way for people within the groups she works with and for people throughout the company. She is a role model to others who want to be in Leadership and always leads by example through her actions.
As Senior Director of ERP Recruiting, Micaela oversees recruiting within Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Kronos, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle Cloud groups. In addition, she develops and works with recruiting managers in these areas and plays a large part in the Recruiting operations within these groups and ALKU.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved is by being a part of AWE Leadership and the Senior Program on the Revenue side!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU:
Outside of ALKU, you can find me shopping, playing piano, or being a cat mom to her two cats, Raja and Kashi!
